How To Change Your WordPress Admin Username

It is a good idea to change the default WordPress “admin” username to something else. This helps to make it a bit harder for automated bots to guess your login credentials. You are in effect hiding your admin user from the bots.

Step 1

Login to your dashboard and Add New user.
